The Contractor shall provide a $70,000 allocation to the HWEA for furnishing and installing the water main extension in accordance with the construction plans as prepared by DDS Engineers and dated May 6, 2011. The allocation does not include the installation of the steel casing pipes to the line and grade identified by DDS, nor does it include the removal of solid rock for trench excavation, if encountered.
