CONTRACT # 111-2008-03 DIVISION “A” - ROCKBRIDGE SEWAGE PUMP STATION # 37 UPGRADE DIVISION “B” – OAK GROVE WASTEWATER INTERCONNECT NAOMI LANE PUMP STATION # 08 HOPKINSVILLE WATER ENVIRONMENT AUTHORITY HOPKINSVILLE, KENTUCKY Sealed proposals for the following work will be received by the Hopkinsville Water Environment Authority, (HWEA) at 401 East Ninth Street, Hopkinsville, Kentucky, 42240 until 2:00 pm, Central Standard Time, June 29, 2010, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work as set forth by the Advertisement, Scope of Work and/or Drawings prepared by HWEA.Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the above conditions will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Division “A” - Modify the Rockbridge Sewage Pump Station # 37 Division “B” - Modify the Naomi Lane Sewage Pump Station # 08 Install Approximately 4,940 lf of 6” PVC Force Main A pre-bid conference will be held at HWEA’s Main Office at 401 East Ninth Street, Hopkinsville, Kentucky at 10:00 am June 24, 2010.Attendance is mandatory for bid eligibility. The contract time allotted for the completion is One Hundred Eighty (180) days.Liquidated damages for non-completion are $ 500 per calendar day delay.
